• Each hair accessory is handmade and designed from start to finish by myself, at home, in a smoke free environment.
Colour may vary slightly due to different monitor settings and lighting, as will pattern placement on certain items.

• Care - please keep all items away from water at all times to prevent them becoming damaged in any way. If they are to be cleaned, carefully wipe with a damp cloth.

• Custom makes - I accept custom orders so please do not hesitate to send me a message with any requests that you may have. I have many more bows/accessories available in stock so please contact of you require more than one, i can also adapt bows/accessories for sale on here by changing colours or styles.

• Safety - Great care goes into each hair accessory I make however some items can contain small parts so children must be supervised at all times when wearing.
All items are hair accessories and not toys and due to small parts becoming potential choking hazard they should not be played with.

• Delivery - Please check dispatch times before purchasing, this is the time it takes to make your items and package them for delivery. I currently post all items via royal mail, the standard postage is 1st class.

• Returns- I do accept returns and exchanges,Please contact me within 14days of purchase. Items need to be posted back within 30days of delivery.
