Dispatch

All orders will be made up and dispatched within 2-4 working days.

Courier

I use Royal Mail to dispatch all orders.

UK - Tracked 48 is the standard service, upgrades to tracked 24 are available.

Rest of the world - International standard is used but upgrades to tracked are available.

Refunds/Exchanges

If you receive an item that is incorrect/damaged please get in touch at beautifuladditionsboutique@gmail.com or via whatsapp +44 7770 821068

All refunds must be queried within 14 days.

All items returned within 30 days.

Refunds will only be sent once the items have been returned back to me. Customer is to pay the return postage. Once received in the original state a full refund will be sent.
